Inspections for Progress Payments
When a building construction project is under finance by a lending institution, inspections for progress payments will often required to confirm that the amount of work carried out for each stage of construction has been completed.
This can happen if you buy a block of land or perhaps a house and land package and have a house built by a selected builder. As an example, the builder might want the first progress payments for the completion of the slab.
In this case CSA Valuers would attend to confirm the work has been carried out and the bank will then make a first stage payment.
